I think it is! It's hard to see the double stamp in the photo but it looks very similar to a DD07

It's not a doubled die. If anything, it's MD (machine doubling). It's only worth one cent.

 

Meaning no offense to the OP, how can you possibly see DDO-007? It would require magnification and extremely sharp images in a coin this corn.
