Roosevelts & Washingtons from 1956-D Mint Set Card

    Last year I bought a 1956-D Mint Set card, predominantly for the silver coins. Here they are. The images are by Bob Campbell, and I think he did an excellent job.

    I have a dealer friend who has like 4 sets of 56-59 sets toned like above but they are a tad bit costly. I asked at the last show and I believe he said like 400. +. I was interested but the price stopped me.

    The 1956 D mint card was part of a full Mint Set, but I was able to buy just the D card after dickering with the dealer for a while.

    They do tone nicely in those old cards and envelopes . I love to snag one my self.
