I recently recived a EF* UC $50 with a misprinted federal reserve system seal. I'm not real sure who to talk to about it,and since its my first misprint I'm not sure to save it or spend it lol. Any information would be a great help.
is there any way you can post a picture? a picture would be most useful in figuring out what kind of error it is. don't spend it, definitely. and welcome to the forums!
