One time when I got $10 in CWR rolls, I got about eight wheat cents, and two canadians. The oldest wheat cent was a 1919 s. Once while looking through $10 in Fed wrapped rolls, I found about four wheat cents, and two canadians. Oldest wheat cent was a 1939. So CWR are better. But remember, Some CWR are good, some are bad. Feds are neutral.

Same here, part of me wants to say how hard they are to find, but really when you think about it, it's amazing so many are still in circulation!

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Out of 10 rolls ($5 worth), I can usually expect 5-7 wheats. One every other roll, and occasionally 2 in a roll.

It's hit or miss. I've found nothing and I've found 3 rolls plus. Just depends on who turned them in to the bank.

A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood. ( My Dad taught me the ending)

The key to this riddle is the inclusion of the word "if". Since a woodchuck can't chuck wood, then the answer is "none".;)

    I searched a $50 Mint bag of 1980 Lincolns, and I didn't find a single one.

You see, I thought I was the one who was terrible at finding wheaties. Safely expect about 5 in CWR. Like I said though, come are good, some are... terrible.

On Bank Wrapped Rolls it's an average of 3-4 Wheats per 10 roles. Out of five boxes (250 roles) I found one Indian Head.

Now, now gentlemen! I was able to locate hard data that 100%, emphatically contradicts such a statement! Much like the genuine alien sketches drawn by those eyewitnesses who have infact been abducted, this sketch appears to have been drawn by an individual to document their sighting! In light of this solid, empirical data, I hope we can begin this discussion again in earnest, without naysayers shutting down the true believers purely because they have not witnessed such an event.

Again, as drawn from the recollection of someone who had obviously viewed this in-person......Behold, the wonders of nature below:

The question is how many wheat cents are worth finding? I found a 1926S but its XF, not worth much. Most of the ones I find have seen much better days. out of 100,000 or so pennies I have found maybe 2 MS wheats.
