What's up with this dime?

Was coin roll hunting and found a very shiny 1967 dime that's definitely been circulated and has silver edges without showing any copper. It doesn't have any mint marks either. Every proof I've seen has the matte finish over parts of the coin so I don't think it's a proof is it? And is it silver?

Probably a "coin jewelry" piece at one time.

Looks like someone had some spare time and plated it.

Agreed! It's plated, so your fingerprints won't make any difference.....................this time!

Nope, not silver. Silver dimes ended in 1964

Just found a second one in a different box from a different bank. Has more of a silver tone than the last one. Did the proofs in 1967 have the matte face or were they just all shiny?
