Order still shows processing but at least they charged my credit card the $205 for the Mercury Dime. Looks like I get mine :singing:

This is my experience as well. It still says PROCESSING but I received a confirmation email confirming my order. I am curious if mine is in the mail already, I just don't know

I called mint (Saturday) the order says processing also but the gave me a UPS tracking number. Says I should get shipped email Monday?

The mint has said they ship first in first out.. but that is a bunch of lies. My orders are among the earliest I have seen posted, and they have not shipped yet. I expect them to probably ship Monday... but it is annoying my order was in first, and they ship someone else's first.

You'd think the Mint would have a FIFO system. And it's possible your order is delayed for some reason.

But I have a hunch there's a randomness involved. My order 4121xxx was accepted Thursday at 12:08pm. It shipped Friday late afternoon (confirmed by UPS).

All that said, I wouldn't be surprised if the earliest orders are at the bottom of a deep pile. (Sorry, couldn't resist. :D)

Well it also depends on what shipping level people selected I would imagine. Thus next day and (standard)/expedited will go out before budget. Although kind of peeved at the mint on that one as knowing they state standard with any gold or platinum is upgraded to expedited automatically and has been for me in the past, I went with expedited at the standard cost $12.95 but they clearly just shipped it regular ground anyway.

Mine shipped on Friday. Tracking shows the package is currently transiting through Dallas. Should arrive by the end of the week. Order number 4129xxx.

As of noon PST 4/25 my order #41228xx of ten (10) coins has not yet shipped........and I'm starting to see a trend!

People who ordered a smaller quantity seem to be getting their orders shipped (as early as Friday no less), while those of us who purchased the limit have not. That's just something I've noticed, read all the 2016 Merc threads and form your own opinion, but it certainly seems this way.

I even paid for the Next-Day delivery service.

I agree... general trend seems to favor smaller orders (1 or 2). But there's a randomness; I've seen posts of quick shipments of 10.

As far as Next-Day delivery, it didn't help last year with my Pt eagle. So I ordered my 2 dimes with economy delivery. Shipped last Friday, due here Wed.

Ones and twos are likely pre-boxed and ready to go. Just drop in the packing slip, seal it up, stick on the label and off it goes. Orders of 10 might have been pre-boxed too but they ran out, or they didn't have any prepared.

This newer fulfillment company seems like they try to anticipate demand and have stuff ready to go. If demand is off from what they thought, they may need to shuffle product around before it can go out. The Mint's past contractors have not been so wonderful in preparing shipments, taking 1-2 weeks to ship in-stock products...
