    It does not get too much of a chuckle from me because it's got the right date on it for the variety. Therefore, it's more dangerous. The Bust too far to the left variety that is dated 1796 is a little more comical.

    Vampires used to wear a kerchief around their necks to hide their marks in the old movies. Perhaps the Chinese could add on to this creation so that it might “pass.”

    I guess I have a "refined" sense of humor on these anymore @johnmilton , keeps me from crying. And you are spot on, as there is presumably a genuine 1795 example out there used to make the counterfeit dies. That's why good records and images of matching marks is important in the hunt.
