1957 D penny error

I can't find any information on this particular error. Does anyone know anything about this. I have looked on several websites and I can't match it.

Sheila, you have to realize that there are literally billions of possibilities that can occur in the minting process. A break can occur in any number of positions. So, it is not unusual that thousands, maybe millions, of errors may never be noticed.

I'm thinking common die chip on wheat cent. Six of one or half dozen of the other.....pick one.
