Hadrian denarius in Error

i'll show this coin to the BM in Mai when i visit London.

the edge has no seam but is pretty open, look like a detect find.

the worry is who was selling it.
the seller (11) is from Cyprus and paypal email address went to Bulgaria,

i saw it after payment postal was also bulgaria, i still think it's ok.
