What type of error is this?

Does anyone know what type of error this is?

Excess metal that got squeezed off to the sides when the planchets were formed?

Finned Rim - This happens when there is a high pressure strike. Does not occur when the planchets are formed

I want to share this picture with you -

 

It is a stiff collar error. A slightly off-center planchet was forced down into a collar frozen in the up position. This pushed up a flange on the opposite face.
