I recently purchased this 1938 Australian George VI Crown, and I am very happy with it.
The measurements are correct at 38.5 mm., and 28.28 gm.

I have come to notice a small 'dot' to the left (as you look at it) of the central 'hoop' on the crown that I cannot find on any other example. This is the only cause for concern. Should I let this worry me?

    It looks normal. Not fake!

    Thank-you, @>S-M.
I was pretty sure, but there are a lot of 'fakes' around so I thought that I would ask (because of that 'dot').
    Thanks again.

A lot of aussie coins have weird dots on them. Just weird things from minting.
