the mint told me no orders have shipped takes 24 hours to go through there payment system

 

My credit card has been hit with the Mint's charge...in "pending" status.

 

mine too thats just a hold to make sure the funds are there they will take funds when it ships

 

I initially got a backorder notice to May 6th. I just proceeded to get my order in as quickly as possible and it went through. Received my confirmation email shortly after. As soon as I got done I went to place another order and it said product unavailable. Had to remove product from the cart.
I think the website got hammered. Lucky it worked as well as it did.

I'm not interested in these but I did call the Mint and was just told that their current inventory in Memphis is gone but they will be getting more. She asked if I wanted to be on their reminder list when they arrive and I said no thanks.

 

Uneven distribution at the shipping center is music to my ears.

Give it a week or two.......when the returns start coming back, they'll be available again. Just keep checking the mint site daily for that eventuality. Also too, there's more that a few 'Paul Revere' types on here who will sound the alarm when these pieces become procurable again.

Sorry, having a hard time getting worked up enough about it. We ourselves - here and at other fora - created the frenzy. Might as well live with it.

We might disagree on a few things, but in my opinion you are nowhere near the level or Kurt. All he does is call people names, etc. It is a lot more peaceful when he does not chime in. Back to the main subject... I bought a few boxes to flip to the big guys. It's hard to know whether to take my $250 profit and run, or hold off a bit since it looks like they might have sold out. I think I will be splitting the middle... taking some guaranteed profit, and also keeping a few for down the road.

 

Yeah, but I do enjoy Kurts' flair with regards to things.........I do say, he can stir the pot.
