    I bought a group of coins and found this US penny wrapped in thin paper and placed in a little brown envelope. On magnification the R in Liberty is not completed. Is this an error? My photo does not do it justice but is the best I can get It was listed as MS 65 with the other two pennies of the same year and different mints. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again DSCF9124.JPG
