USPS vs Ebay! Need advice!

I have also followed up ever 5 days with no resolution. I think this is simply a wait it out game. I have plenty of time on my hands. I just hope I can affect his selling status for being so obstinate. Out of my 650 dealings on eBay, one thing is always positive. I quickly pay or issue an uncomplicated refund. E Bay also implies they have the next move: "We will be in touch with you soon". There is no reply button or square to check for me to respond. Just pay attention to what we (Ebay and I) have said and be patient.

 

The decision was made. A full refund including shipping. Evidently eBay couldn't get this seller to communicate with them either. Kind of a win by default.

 

Hey Markus1959 don't tell Frank but word on the street has it if you hit 100 post on this thread Doug is going to give you a" LIKE"......yeah it's not $30 but I bet you could flip the like to Frank for at least $75!
