Hi, I dont know anything about coin collecting, but my friend got me kinda interested when he showed me a screwed up state quarter that i had in my piggy bank. anyway, i found a 1977 quarter that is missing a proof stamp or w/e, the thingy that they stick just to the right of his ponytail. just wondering if this is an error or not. thanks. just send me an e-mail at dagolfer13200@yahoo.com
i cant send a scan cuz i dont have a scanner.

    Hi,
A 1977 Quarter Dollar that was minted in Philadelphia will not have a mintmark on it. Your coin is normal as far as that is concerned.

    Have Fun,
