It looks like AU 58, but really grainy in the 2nd photo, so I suppose that would reduce the retail value.
Thank you for the correction. I will then say it is a really nice looking toned MS 63, if not still an artificially toned AU 58.
Most were in the ball park.. I suppose this it could go either way if i crack it out and submit to one of the other two. Im not seeing any signs of wear and personally think it would up grade but you never know for sure.
I knew it was an MS coin the only hold back maybe is the duel color tones on obv.and rev. Other than that I don't see any wear do any other thing that would hold it back from a 62-64 grade. If you are going to send it in to another TPG definitely crack it out.
I got hung up on the first obverse image. The fields have that look of something being wrong. The second images make the coin look much better. At this point I feel luster is the issue. Is there enough there to get a 63? I don't know but I would leave it as is in the same holder. It's a nice coin just the way it is.
From the look of it, it looks like 64 or 65 from the detail. The picture doesn't show much of surface of the coin.
My guess is it looks like a saaweet little lady in hand and has the possibility's for an upgrade by one of the other two.
And yet you still won't catch doug if he never had another birthday. PS - the second set of pictures make the coin look nice. If you do crack and re-submit let us know the outcome.
