Clifton, you may get further comments about cleaning. For right now, I'd say "Do nothing" until you have checked out threads on CT about cleaning. You could do irreparable damage to coins.

From one Navy vet to another, welcome to cointalk! Check out pcgs coinfacts. There you can find every one of your coins with info on mintages and values in each grade. To get a ballpark grade for your coins, check out pcgs photograde. This should give you a good idea of each coins value. Next thing I recommend is putting together a set of coins out of circulation. Hunting for coins you need may become addictive, so have fun.
