I have a few I can add. I really do love AU58s. Most of the time they are more eye appealing as well then a 60-62 grade. The money you save too is pretty sweet.

The dealer that I purchased it from, and who I trust (ask Ken) graded it as an AU-58.
I agree based on wear, and there is some luster under the toning.

    and, my last one:

    1834 O-110 R-3
    1834
    O-110
    R-3

    Small Date, small Letters

    Diagnostics:
    Rev Die crack
    Obv: Star 10 recut.

If the 1834 O-103 is an AU-50 (by PCGS details grade) then this must be an AU-58. [posted elsewhere]

    Just a trace of wear.

And under the toning there is light PL surfaces, esp on the reverse.

Here's something a little different. Love all the coins and colors, makes me wonder how some ever got that grade. Beautiful coins guys. WP_20160711_004.jpg WP_20160711_005.jpg

    I screwed that up.

    AU-58?

Common variety in a high grade.

    Cleaned, rim toning.

Not as bright as in the pictures. I suck with photos.

Time to pack away for a year to retone.

    Nice obv die cracks.
