A few Mexican coin questions

1. How can I figure out if they still make the 2 pesos coin? My last one is 2013 and I can't find any newer ones for sale, but I also can't find a site that lists the mintage years.

This 2 PESOS? Looks like they skipped 2014

 

He received 4 negatives for selling fake coins. But they did mention that they were able to return them.

 

And several more that said some variation of "honest seller. Thanks for the refund."
