I'm not good at photography but here it is.
My dealer and his dealer friend both think it is undergraded.
I paid a bit more than what some have been going for in this grade based on my and their opinion.
On a different board some people seem to think there is a fair chance.
So do u think a crossgrade, regrade, or cac is the best option?

I've found that the 34-s often goes for more than the "price guides" suggest. I dont see anything wrong with going for a CAC sticker based on what you and your dealer believe. Nice coin.

    Thanks
I had to trade a bunch of other coins plus a little cash to get it.... I don't have that much money all at once usually so trading coins was my only option.

It looks better than a 62 to me. Sometimes the grading services can be like a woman scorned.

Thanks guys, it makes me feel better knowing I got pretty nice coin after trading in all the other ones.
Was a bit nervous, had never bought anything this expensive before.

My only guess as to the lower grade would be slightly weakened luster from a market acceptable level of over dipping. But send it to CAC anyway, nothing ventured, nothing gained and it is a beautiful coin.

It looks like the prime focal area hit limited the grade; 62 seems like the correct grade and is much prettier overall than most 62s of any year. It should CAC.

CAC stickers coins that they agree with the assigned grade, they don't claim that it is the high end of the grade.

While I agree with Kirk that that neck hit holds things back a bit, I don't know that trying for 63 is a complete waste of time.

    This

I see a nice 63 overall without the big hit on the neck and smaller one under the eye. I'm guessing the grader took those into account and dinged it a point for them. He could've at least gone 62+ though. If cash is an issue find a dealer who can submit it to cac. It has a great shot at a bean imo while cracking and resubing will cost more and the next grader may see it as the first did then you'll have to go cac anyway or keep submitting until you get a 63. The difference between the 2 grades is about $1k so if you can get a 63 by the 3-4th sub it may be worth it but could cost you a couple hundred+ for the gamble.... Choices, choices but if it were mine I'd probably at least try once or twice for a 63 if there is absolutely NO chance of a details grade. Inspect it carefully for slightest scratch, hairlines patch, rim bumps etc first as these pics could be hiding a flaw the grader decided to overlook and the next one may not.

    Nice coin, I'm jeally :D
