So I have never sent notes into be graded before but over time I have collected a few that I would like to send in. I have some basic questions about this. Are PMG and NGC housed at the same location? Basically can I send them in with my usual coin submission to NGC? Also what is the best method of packaging the notes so they don't get damaged or bent during shipping?

They are in the same building; however it is two different companies. Get a form for coins and one for paper money. Call PMG customer services and ask if you send both to them can they walk your coins over to submit to NGC. Tell them you are trying to save shipping. I doubt this will work as the return postage plus combining your stuff back together when done is a headache!

So how do you package your notes for shipment?

    Very carefully :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

All kinds of ways! Put them in plastic - back it with cardboard. Anything that keeps them from bending. You need to call PMG for how THEY want them packaged.

To avoid possible confusion, I would send the notes separately.

Use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail box. Be sure to insure your shipment(s).
    Notes:
    1. put each note in a separate mylar holder
    2. wrap notes in STIFF cardboard and secure with rubber bands
    3. place wrapped notes in separate envelope with your name and TPG address along
    with the submission form.
Coins, if shipping in same box:
    1. wrap coins in bubble wrap
    2. place wrapped coins in separate envelope with your name and TPG address along
    with the submission form.

Take your package (or packages) to the Post Office and send them.

Personally I would ship notes and coins in different packages. The Notes could be shipped in a Flat Rate Priority Envelope.
    Just my opinion.

Ever worry about the flat rate envelope getting bent? Will they accept them in the hard plastic case?

Tater, so long as you pack the notes in heavy cardboard AND mark DO NOT BEND on the envelope you should not have a problem. I never have.

If you're worried about your notes being bent, send them in a box.
I guarantee when they come back from PMG, they come back in a box.
