What is this worth?

I have a JFK Half Dollar, Double Dated 1960-1985, Covered in pure 24KT Gold. Commemorating The 25th Anniversary Of His Election To The Presidency. Mint condition, still in the package. Could someone help me in finding the value of this coin?

Sorry pal, you do not have a "half dollar".

You have a privately minted so-called collectible worth, at most, a few cents. 1¢ worth of gold will plate numerous base metal half-dollar size slugs.

 

yep, alot of those are in circulation. don't know how they got there, but they are. its plating.

 

Its a plated kennedy half, done outside the Mint. No value. Its an altered coin. maybe One Dollar if someone has any interest in it as a collectible.
