ANACS does put cameo on their Morgan Dollars (both on the small white holders and the newer ones).

I don't get it, there is no way this coin should be a 63....
It just missed DMPL IMO, it has very strong mirrors, I've seen way worse 64s and some 65s don't even look as nice....
It has a good strike , luster , eye appeal....
Plus I thought the TPG weren't as tough on PL/DMPL coins..... I digress....
At least I got a great deal and a very solid coin for the $$$

They didn't like the hit on the eye, I don't know. But that's cruel... and unusual... punishment. I'd love to see what CAC does with that. I don't think they got a color for it, two grades too low.
