I joined last year and am almost through my first year of membership. I've read nearly every issue of The Numismatist cover to cover since I became a member.

Now that I'm a member I'm not really sure why I didn't join years ago. Life gets in the way of the simplest things sometimes...

I've been a member for many years. Just renewed a 3 year membership last year. I get their magazine in digital print on my phone. Just make sure you download the issues on wifi. It burns a lot of data to download them. It's a great magazine and I have used it to get into the Worlds Fair of Money for free. I haven't used the library yet but it's nice to know that option is there. Great perk. ANA members can also sign up for collection insurance through Hugh/Woods (??) at a great rate. I have not done but have considered.

Yup, member and National Volunteer for the ANA. I work for them at every show - March and August.

 

I also belong to the Ringneck Coin and Stamp Club in Aberdeen SD.

I'm a member. I'd rather not be for reasons I won't go into here, but I can't get insurance at the same rate on my own.

 

Not I , I gave up on them a few years ago. When they were feeding the lawyers.
I saw the ASE they are using as bait, almost bit, but I resisted.

 

I'm up for renewal, and that ASE is tempting for me to finally upgrade to Life Membership. Just don't know if it's in the budget.

Like it or not, ANA is the only organization with its' type of national reach for numismatic advocacy, and I strongly feel that any committed numismatist ought to be a member. Yes, they've had their ups and downs, but in balance they do a world of good for the hobby.

Can someone see if their website is reachable? It's timing out for me, right now.

Since 1972. One of these years when renewing I'll get around to upgrading to a Life membership.

 

I joined 2 years ago to into the WFOM. I did check out one book from the library from afar. Then renewed last year, because it is the National org.

They did get me on the ASE. Because I probably would have joined again. But, this way I get the free eagle for the three years and not have to worry about it.

 

Just renewed for 3 years. So not only did I save a few dollars I should be getting the MS69 ASE. As long as they haven't run out of them. Looking forward to the ANA show in August. It's near me so don't have to spend money on air travel or hotel!! More money for coins!!
