Obverse: Star 1 is 3/4 mm from drape. Base of 8 slightly higher than 1 and 2. Center dot on neck.
Reverse: 2 lines to third crossbar.










Apparently I have a duplicate, so the 1st one (above) will probably be offered for sale.










I have this one listed as a EF-40
