I'm confused. You asked for ID help but it is identified in the listing you linked. Edited: Oh, you are asking if it is rare. To see if it is common or not, try searching for the type in CNG's archives, acsearch.info, Vcoins, etc. That will give you the answer you seek.
Dear Tif, I asked for help in identifying a rare coin that or not edit:Tif, Naturally I did there already searched. Well, now I'm asking opinions of the participants of this forum, and for this there is a forum by the way .....https://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=112362
I saw that and amended my answer while you were typing. Sorry Let us know what you determine after doing the research.
I assume the sellers are correct and it is a 'rare' coin...but apparently without as much market appeal or trendy desirability that other 'scarce' coins command within the marketplace......Just a thought. I think it's a cool coin for the estimated prices...
