    hamman88 Spare some change, sir?

I'm away from home with out my red book (foolish, I know) and a opprotunity to buy coin has arisen. I really need someone to scan the morgan dollar prices out of a red book for me and post them so I can then print them. I would really appreciate this, please help.

I'll be happy to, but the latest red book I have is 2006. Is that ok? I could scan in the latest greysheet if you prefer.

I'd like the grey sheet. Does it have low grade pricing also? thx

And could someone give me a crash course on the greysheet? Like bid and ask and inaccuratcies....

I'm not sure but if I were you I would edit your post and take that photo out---the Gray Sheet might be calling you telling you about Copyright laws.

Also----I think there is a part of the Gray Sheet that lists the value for sets---it has something like Cents, Quarters, dimes and some others...if Hamman is thinking about the Morgan dollar set then this is the value he would need.

It isn't going to work, the print is fuzzy and small. And speedy I would like individual, incase some are missing.

You have a job on you hand....remember....a set in most cases sells lower than what all of the coins one by one would cost.

    Hamman88,
I'm not sure but I really doubt that anyone here wants to risk a law suit just because you forgot your book. I'm sorry that you forgot it...I've done the same thing and it isn't always fun....but that doesn't make it alright to get someone to copy copyrighted info.

Besides all of that---the Red Book nor the Gray Sheet are going to be close to what a set might sell for at auction.
Your best bet is to bid the $1200 that you think....and if you still want to after seeing the coins and quiting.

if i post the values, will it still be copyrighted?

I'm not sure how it all works. I know that you can't copyright a fact...such as date, mintmark, mintage, and even such a thing as an RPM listing or etc.

Values change everyday---and I'm just not sure why Hamman wants outdated, old, pricing.
