He's (at times) elusive as the wind.......@krispy don't work.

 

Normally it turns blue when you mention someone wonder why it didn't work for @krispy, perhaps they have notifications turned off so they don't get alerted to a mention.

Worked for me not sure why it didn't work for you @green18

 

@krispy ken, doesn't work with the additional characters - need a space in-between

There are some threads on the issue in Support and Feedback but the fix is always, at best, temporary.
