There is an extra portion to the column in the upper right of the last bay. I didn't see this listed anywhere.
I tried to get some different shots of it. It's flat and not really like a chip. I'm not sure what it is.
Some type of die deterioration or break Whatever it is, it's minor. You have a good eye though. You're looking in the right places. I found a nice Lincoln die clash about a week ago.
These type of things were common on plated cents. notice the marks below the memorial. there is 10 of them. Then the polish marks nw corner of the memorial. They are all the same angle as yours.
What you are seeing on this coin is Feeder Finger Damage http://www.error-ref.com/?s=feeder+finger+damage+ The OP's coin may be a plating issue as stated earlier. If it is a platin bubble, it may puncture with a toothpick .
I figured some of mine were feeder damage but some of them look just the same as the OP. common on plated lincolns
