    I can't imagine why anyone would want this note in their collection.

    The main design feature (Chief) is destroyed, and overall this note is, in every way, a "problem" note. Personally, I wouldn't want this note if they were giving it away.

    Why would someone cut some of the details out of it? Even cut out part of the serial number.
