Well, I am glad to see fellow nickel lovers here. This forum was pretty dead. Well, I picked up a Henning nickel on ebay the other day and just got it today. The seller I believe did not know what he had but I think I paid about going rate for one these days, thou I've lost auctions where they sold for more. Wasn't even l1943 ooking for one, had about given up on finding one when I did a error search for Jeffersons and a 1944 "NO P" popped up with 10 minutes to go. I would post pics but I just can figure out how to get a pic that is under 100K no matter if I have the camera on the lowest quality setting. Also picked up several new RPM's at a coin show a few weeks ago at the Washington Expo Center. 1943 P/P Rpm#53 1943 P/P RPM#25 1951 S/S RPM #2 1944 S/S RPM#? 1945 d/d RPM#6 1945 D/D RPM#9 1945 D/D RPM#1 1945 D/D RPM#5, DDO#6
The nickel forum is dead no longer, there are more post now and more members coming over it gets better each day. Bruce.

Jody. From the large picture you did for nickelman on the reverse of that nickel in the" R" OF PLURIBUS I can't see the hole in the top of the "R" that is a good indicator that it is a true Henning. Can you see it there or are my eyes just getting to old ? BRUCE.
