...Until they relist it again lol. I wonder if they do layaway.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/272101725526?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
I totally was gonna buy it until they decided to get political with their pictures.. I honestly will never understand why anyone has anything remotely political or controversial as part of a listing. Guaranteed way to tick off at least some of your potential customers.
Because FleaBay and SpayPal are seriously hoping that the seller finds a sucker so they can collect their fees. Chris
Personally, if i was going to drop that kind of money on a coin, i would contact the seller and make an appointment to view the coin in hand. Then, since i have that kind of money, id prolly hop on my private jet to Phili, see it, pay them, and take it back with me and cut ebay/paypal out of the whole deal.
Could you, perchance, explain this one? Lovely load of BS write-up on the coin itself though, and one surely worth 30x+ what they likely paid.... gotsta love ebay! http://coins.ha.com/itm/seated-dimes/dimes/1891-o-10c-pr66-ngc/a/1231-5316.s#auction-description
I wondered the same. Truth be told it wouldn't surprise me as even that would be one hell of a solid return on his investment. I doubt he really has great hope that a whopper is going to stroll along on the bay and drop 1.5 million no matter how schmuckish his spiel.
Oh, I see.... that actually crossed my mind, but I didn't think their flag was so, well, colorful. Silly me.
It's possible the listing is nothing more than an advertisement and was priced to make sure it didn't sell through that venue. I don't know that seller though so no idea if that is something they do
