Not that I would spend that much on it, but that price is about right. It's hard to make out the luster here, but it looks every bit like a 65 if not higher.

 

I would think that anyone spending 90 grand on one coin would have to inspect it in person right?

 

Most dealers that handle these steep coins will allow the buyers time to inspect the coin prior to purchase. I once shipped out two Stella's to a buyer prior to purchase. Of course this was a buyer that I was very familiar with and had placed many very high end coins in her collection. She eventually completed the Stella set including the off metal die trial patterns. An impressive collection to say the least.
