Does this seem expensive?

Just found this when searching on Teletrade. Seems like a lot of money for a damaged coin in an NCS holder. Any thoughts??

This looks like a common reprocessed cent to me.

For comparison, my PCGS 66 cost me $22.96 including shipping. I will say that steel cents are priced very high for their population certified. I guess it is just the novelty.

 

I would like to know the history of this coin being submitted to NGC/NCS.....must have been an inexperienced collector.

I have some reprocessed cents like that laying around that have come in junk. I wish I could get $20-25 each for them....lol

 

Worth maybe 30 cents at the absolute maximum.
