Got bored last night and cracked a roll of 1971D B.U. Kennedy's and much to my surprise found this. Very hard to find nice Denver Die Cracks on these.
I've never run across a die crack on a Kennedy but sure have found ALOT of MD on the reverse - wonder why that is???
Nice find Tommy. Other than being bored, why did you crack this roll? After all, it's been in the roll for 45 years! Please explain how you can get bored with those 2 beautiful women on either side of you. lol
Been knee deep in roll searching Lincolns and need to spread my wings a bit. I've accumulated soooo many rolls over the years and done nothing with them and I need to divest as I'm selling and funding my classic coin series. I found a nice Ike last night also that is missing part of the eye details and appears to be a over polished die error. My photo skills are not good so I have not posted a lot lately. BTW, those are my great sisters, both real "Gems".
