Looking around for some possible errors today and found "radiovoicewix" on the Bay. If you want a good laugh go see some of his postings of errors. Sad to say though, someone will get nailed with this junk eventually. Listing MD as double strikes, Lincoln cent die chips as cuds, and just below as made of silver and certified., etc.

Some folks simply have no concept of the Law of Physics and what actually happens when a coin gets struck twice with slight movement.

Ill tell you what, doubled dies threw me off when I first started, it wasn't until I got my first real doubled die that I realized I had a bunch of machine doubling saved up!

I think that's because most people learn about doubled dies from pictures. It's so much more obvious when you see a real doubled die.

Myself included up until about five years ago when I hunkered down and bought some good books and joined this site. I'm still going through a lot of the junk I had saved earlier. Some of it was good but mis-labeled, most was junk and a waste of 2X2's. But it made me realize the error of my ways and now I'm comfortable with what I find. Just a well learned learning curve.
