    at least it was a cheap coin. this video should be taken down after today. there are new collectors out there that might do that to a very nice old coin and think shiny is better. Do not clean your coins period.

    The tarnished trumpet line is pretty hilarious... but I do agree that this video could be a little dangerous... DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!!!!

    Maybe they're trying to see how many people will call in with shock and horror?

    It's been a while since a video has offended me as much as that one. I cringe to think of the people that will take it as real advice. Just like the occasional time I have a collection come all dripping wet in a zip lock because the person wanted to make sure they were nice and clean before they brought them to me to buy...assuming they were adding value to their coins. :(

    My hands were getting sweaty just seeing Brasso and 1793 cents in the same room. Too spooky for me.
