I could go for a Pan-Pac.......two as a matter of fact. Both round and octagonal. :)

I'm hung up on ancients right now so how about a really pristine Athena Owl and an Alexander Tet to start off.

Probably an 1895 Morgan proof. Then I would flip it to keep my wife from killing me.

I was thinking of the Octagonal Pan Pac G$50 myself, but I'd also try to buy an interest in Parker Schnabel's mining operation.

I wouldn't know where to start . Probably a MS-65 1794 Flowing hair dollar and half . Then I'd start a Double Eagle collection of both types plus every Bust half that I liked . Also a bunch of ancients Greek and Roman Republic .

If, it was the recent powerball lottery, 1.6 Billion. I would keep 50 million aside for other endeavours. Rest, keep tabs on auctions on sixbid. Anytime, a mintstate Roman Aureus came up...grab it. For World material, all FDC Dukats, esp. the 10 Dukaten and higher denomination, 5 Guineas endless. Also for sure get the US 1915 $50 coins both in MS-66...

Heck, I don't need 'em slabbed. I'd like to get them the way they were originally issued.......now that would be something indeed. :)

Had I been around in 1915, I would been first in line at mint to pick up one of each freshly minted:angelic: Before that special day, I would have worked real hard to save the $.

You had to be at the 'Exposition'.......that's where the sales were. Heck, grandpa was getting ready for WWI. He probably didn't have a clue about these.......

Maybe I'm being a bit humble here, but a Gem B.U. 1909S VDB to finish my Lincoln Cent set would be enough to make me happy. Other than that I would still just be plain old me.

I think I'd stick closely to my 1900s world coins obsession, no gold. Okay, maybe a few gold. I always wanted a few of the different sizes of Mexico gold coins (not the modern series). And maybe a few early British sovereigns, one from Australia too. I had one from Australia, ms 64 I think, but sadly needed the money and sold it.

First coin I would buy is an Athen Owl Tetradrachm. Then I would be after a ferdinand and isabella gold coin. Then I would Roman Aureus of Lucilla & Crispina.
