Hi easj3699 Great choice for this 1832 This is the 1832 O-101a R1 Large Letters Capped Bust Half Dollar The die crack is the defining characteristics. http://www.maibockaddict.com/1832-o-101a-r1-capped-bust-half-dollar.shtml Here is one of mine I picked up a few years ago. You should get yours graded & slabbed with the Overton Variety
I added a 2016 Buffalo to my Herd Retro Black Holder The US Mint releases the 2016 Proof Version tomorrow March 31st.
From the photo, the 1982-S quarter has a frosted cameo similar to the laser-like style of today's proofs.
Got these pics back from pcgs on my recent submission. I disagree on the 2c because I know where it came from. A very very old collection in a paper flip so I know it's good.
Nice Alan! And you snagged it from Northeast Numismatics. I hope that was partially due to our PM from the other week!
Thanks! They are some of my favorites, nice to finally get them holdered except the 2 cent got me a little mad and the downgrade on the 1884 too. But it happens sometimes. Glad the 1884 sold on HA before so I can prove it used to be in a 63 holder.
