AV Dukat from Basel 1653

    Thanks, as much as love Ancients, I have same affair with Medieval thru 1933,
    gold coinage.

    Me too Mat! Basel issued some of the most beautifull coinage, esp. 1580-1750

    They had a 1741 20 Dukaten FDC obv. City/rev. Basilisk on Sincona auction, sooooo nice but in my dreams.
