Yes hang onto it, its is considered a binary not a true binary but it does command a premium even in its condition. I'm still new to paper money so dunno about value maybe someone else can tell you that.
Cool number. Personally and respectfully, if I found this note while counting some $20's from a stack, I would keep it. I would not pay above face to own it. Now, who's to say what someone would give you for it ? Put in the on the For Sale forum here....say you're taking offers, and see if there's a member here that likes 8's and 0's .
