Sorry this is a double post, I posted in the general discussion forum by accident and dont know if you can or how to delete a post. As I said on the other post am I correct about this being a repeater note and if it is, in this condition is it a keeper or spender? it has a couple minor stains and some corner issues. I am still new to paper currency and appreciate the help.
KEEPER! Really Nice! And the cool thing about that Serial Number is that upside down it reads 66186618
Flipper: Note with a serial number comprised of numerals that can be read upside down as well as right side up: 0, 1, 6, 8, 9, but the serial number itself does not read the same upside down as right side up — A note with SN 06891109 right side up reads 60116890 upside down. Repeater: A note with part of the serial number repeated — For example 8136 8136 So, the note is a flipper repeater.
Keeper. Obviously the condition is far from ideal but still a keeper, in my opinion. Statistically speaking, you have about a 1 in 10,000 chance of finding a repeater.
