Is this an error?

I found this 1960 d penny in pocket change and it seems to have blacks circle/dot things. It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen so I thought I'd post it. I put an arrow next to one so you can see what I'm talking about.

@SorenCoins try taking a better picture of the date it may just be the pic or my eyesight but I see a faint d ne of mm near date. May be large over small date. Anyone else see it?

I believe he's trying to say "faint D North East of the mintmark".

If so, I do not.

I thought I seen a faint D slightly north east of the mint mark so it led me to think maybe it was the large over small date but now that I am home on my laptop and have a better view of it I cant see it now. Thanks for the link! I will check it out. I looked at it myself but it looked like it was just a stain. I will post a picture but I will tomorrow because its late and im tired from having coffee ice-cream. *laughing emoticon*
