Is this an error or PMD

    image.jpg I found this in pocket change and I can't tell if it is a mint error or post mint damage. It looks like the bottom of the numbers in the date 1986 are slurred. I put an arrow to help you due to my bad photography

    Appears to have been caught up a bit in one of the counting/sorting machines in use at banks, etc.
