I was preparing a coin for B.D. treatment and when I was 'flicking' the excess B.D. from the coin I must have ingested some, because I have a distinct 'metallic' taste in my mouth that coffee won't 'hide'. I am presuming that, (in small quantities), B.D. is not harmful to humans. I sought advice from Dr. Google, but he appears to be devoid of ideas on this one. Do any of our 'experts' have an opinion? I'd like to hear. (I have heard the one about "Well, don't ingest it, then," already.)
My advice as Dr. Bing, is to eat some hard salami and cheese followed by a couple large swigs of beer. If that doesn't take care of the taste, try eating some "cowboy candy" (yum). As far as harmful, what doesn't kill ya.........
Now you must inhale some of the red patina dust from an Alexandrian drachm ... it is the only antidote
Pretty much as I figured, but I had to ask. Thank-you. (Now where did I put that Alexandrian drachm?)
I remember my little brother swallowing a penny once and my mom asking the doctor what she should do? His response, "Hold it out of his allowance."
They said they didn't want to make aluminum cents, among other reasons, was the X-rays would not pick them up in stomachs.
