Is there a D over an S on this coin?

There is something in the lower left side of the "D" but I don't see it as a "S" mint mark.

 

You definitely need much better and clear photos concentrated on the letter D alone, so that one could give a possible guess. Otherwise don't expect genuine and correct answers. Good luck anyway..

 

I am a novice and this is the best I can do on photos, trust me, if I could do better, I would have, unfortunately I don't have a great camera, just my phone
