Is this a mint Error?

the line under L and I on the word Liberty, is this considered a mint error

    You guys on here are just awesome, please forgive my pictures if they are not too clear, I am not a Proffesional photographer, and I do so much appreciate the feedback I am getting on here
    Is this line between the L and the I on the word Liberty a mint error?

    They're above LIBERTY, too. They look like long bubbles, don't they? They're plating bubbles. Some call them blisters. They're nothing special. They come in all shapes and sizes.

    It looks like a plating issue to me. Very common on copper plated zinc pennies.
    BTW, a poll is not mandatory.

    Take a pin and pop em then a fingernail and flatten em as a learning experience
