Yes, and even full time professional officials make judgment errors while enforcing black letter rules. When the full time trained professionals can't get judgment calls right, what can we expect from a gang of amateurs more invested in their authority than their accuracy, correct?
You certainly are able to express your opinion, for what it is worth, but "trained" and full time professionals, should be able to follow black letter rules! Or at least be familiar with them ,Right!
I am able to do so in a clear, understandable, and consistently applied manner. I'm far and away less certain regarding YOUR skills in this area, just for the record. I believe we are peers when it comes to reading comprehension. Where I feel you fall below standards is in interpreting the key definitional words in said rules. The application thereof suffers, occasionally badly. Can you tell I'm preparing to argue in court later this week?
I think it is a shame that the mint will not produce the Mercury Dimes, Standing Liberty Quarter and Walking Liberty Half Dollar in SILVER! It really irritates me that the mint is not going to make them in silver to commemorate the originally silver coins. It just makes since to make them in both silver and gold so that even poorer collectors can get in on the hype!
As I wrote elsewhere, as it stands now, the Mint simply is prohibited BY LAW from making them in silver.
From what I have gathered from the mint by speaking to them on Facebook, I think that the mint is going to make the design for the proof American Eagle the same as the Walking Liberty type to honor the centennial as well as the 30th anniversary of the American Eagle. By the way if you are wondering about the American Liberty 2016 Silver Medal's this year I will give you a hint they won't be from last years design they will be the Mercury dime and Standing Liberty Quarter. So the mint will make a fortune and I am so excited. Again this is what I have gathered based on my Facebook interaction.
