Ancient Chinese hollow spade "coin"

    This is a hollow spade "coin" from around 700-500 BC, its missing a leg, but I found out its still pretty valuable. I'm confident that it's authentic, bit you know you can't be sure, especially if it's a Chinese coin lots of counterfeiters out there!

    Just wondering, how are you "comfortable" its genuine? They have been making high quality fakes of this coin for about 40 years now. It was probably the very first Chinese coin high quality fakes were produced of.

    Just enough to see to attribute it:

    State of Jin, Gan Dan, 500 - 400 BC
    Two characters reading "Gan Dan", the name of the town where it was issued.

    Looks genuine to me, a good test is to see if the green is hard or easily removed.
