If I'm not mistaken, this is actually the "S/S" variety, as you can see in the obverse photo, which clearly shows the word "STATES".

Or maybe the seller is hallucinating. And remarkably ill-informed.

I emailed the seller and asked for better photos because I said I couldn't see the mintmark, lets see what he/she does
He must think people are stupid but he/she does offer a 14 day return

I did also notice that there is a seller that sells actual struck "Fantasy Coins" and he does sell a 1907S Indian Cent, not bad either but his is only $9.99

Not counterfeits, if you make something that never really existed its classified as a fantasy piece
